Tangy Crab Cakes

These delicious crab cakes are the perfect summer meal. The light and buttery texture of the fresh lump crabmeat, pair perfectly with the sweet and savory flavor of our tangy sauce. Give them a try at home and share your photos with us on Instagram or Facebook @SiennaSauce.

  • 2 beaten eggs 
  • 2 large chopped onion (1 cup)
  • 2 tbs crushed garlic
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise 
  • 1tbs pepper
  • 1tsp sea salt
  • 1tbs cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1tsp hot sauce
  • 1tbs Italian herb seasoning
  • 1tbs garlic powder 
  • 2lbs fresh lump crabmeat (pick shells out)
  • 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
